Visiting the showroom
Where is Kent Furniture in Hyderabad?
Shop #2145, Hilltop Incline, Cantt, Hyderabad, beside Muhammadi Masjid on Alamgir Road. After Magnum Mall, just before Cantt Graveyard.
What are your opening hours?
Every day from 12 pm to 10 pm. We are closed on Friday.
Can I see the furniture before I buy?
Yes. Most of our range is on display across three floors at our Cantt showroom. Come in any day except Friday.
Is there parking at the showroom?
Yes, there is parking right by the showroom.
Ordering online
Which products can I order online?
Wall dressing vanities, LCD racks, oven racks and foldable study tables. They are listed with prices on the Shop Online page.
How does cash on delivery work?
Place your order on the website or on WhatsApp, and pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged separately. Our team confirms the charge on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on your city. Our team confirms the dispatch time on WhatsApp when you order.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Send the product code to 0335 7779940 and our team will take it from there.
Prices and payment
Why do some products not show a price?
Larger furniture like bedroom sets and almirahs depends on size and finish, so we quote it on request. Send us the product code on WhatsApp.
How can I pay?
Online orders are cash on delivery. For showroom purchases, our team will guide you on payment.
Delivery and assembly
Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
Yes. Online pieces ship anywhere in Pakistan with cash on delivery; delivery charges apply. Larger pieces are booked directly with us with an advance and delivered with delivery charges paid by the customer.
Do I have to assemble online items myself?
Online items are easy to install yourself. Everything you need comes in the box, including screws and fittings. Some pieces are wall-mounted and some, like oven racks, are free-standing.
Do you offer assembly or fitting?
For furniture bought at our showroom, assembly and fitting are available within Hyderabad at extra cost.
Custom orders
Do you make custom furniture?
Yes. We have our own workshop, so we can make a piece in your size, colour or design. Send a photo or your measurements on WhatsApp.
Can you make a design from a photo?
Send us the photo and our team will tell you what we can make and how.
Can I change the size or colour of a design?
Often, yes. Share what you need and the team will confirm before you order.
Returns and after-sales
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Damage, wrong colour or wrong size is accepted within 3 days of delivery. See our policies page for details.
Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes. If anything needs attention after your purchase, message us on WhatsApp and our team will help.

Do you make your own furniture?
Yes. We manufacture our own furniture in our own workshop in Hyderabad.
How long has Kent been in business?
We started as a workshop in 1999. The Kent name and the Cantt showroom followed in 2005.
