Delivery

Nationwide. Products listed with a price can be ordered online and delivered anywhere we can reach by courier.

Cash on delivery. Pay the rider when the parcel arrives. Bank transfer is also available — details are sent on WhatsApp once you order.

Delivery charges. Charged separately from the item price. We confirm the exact amount on WhatsApp before dispatch, so there are no surprises at the door.

Timing. If the piece is on the showroom floor, delivery in Hyderabad can be arranged quickly. We confirm timing when you order rather than promise a fixed window.

Larger furniture. Bedroom sets, almirahs and other large pieces are quoted individually including delivery. Message us about your area.

Mounting and assembly. Wall-mounted pieces need fixing to the wall by you or your own fitter. We do not provide fitting or assembly at your home.

Returns

Open the parcel while the rider is still with you, or as soon as you can, and take a photograph or short video as you unpack. It is the most useful thing you can do if something is wrong.

Damage. The item arrived broken, cracked, chipped or scratched. Tell us within 3 days with photographs. We replace the item and we pay the freight both ways.

Wrong colour. The finish is materially different from the product shown. Tell us within 3 days with photographs.

Wrong size. The item does not match the dimensions we published. A difference of one to two inches is normal in furniture and does not count as a size error.

Change of mind. Tell us within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unmounted and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you. Once we receive and check it, we refund the item price.

What we cannot take back. Items damaged after delivery, items that have been mounted or installed, and items returned without their original packaging.

Customisation. Products sold on this website are not customised. Custom furniture is a showroom service and is not covered by this policy.

Orders. Placing an order through this website is a request to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm your order on WhatsApp, including stock, delivery charge and timing. The sale is complete once we confirm.

Prices. Shown in Pakistan Rupees and covering the item only. Delivery is charged separately. We may change prices at any time, but never after we have confirmed your order.

Products. We photograph our furniture as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so a finish may look slightly different in person. Wood and board have natural variation in grain and tone. Dimensions are given as accurately as we can measure; a variation of one to two inches is normal.

Payment. Cash on delivery and bank transfer. For bank transfer we send account details on WhatsApp after you order, and dispatch once payment is received.

Cancellation. You can cancel any order before it is dispatched at no cost. Once dispatched, the return rules above apply.

Liability. Our responsibility is limited to the price of the item you bought. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, by fixing wall-mounted pieces to unsuitable walls, or by use beyond what the furniture is intended for.

Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, city and any note you add. We cannot deliver furniture without it.

How your order reaches us. This website does not store your order on a server. The details are formatted into a WhatsApp message and sent from your phone to ours, so your information passes through WhatsApp and is covered by their terms as well as ours.

What we do with it. We use your details to confirm the order, arrange delivery and contact you about it. We share your name, phone number and address with the courier delivering your parcel. We do not sell your information or pass it to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it. For as long as we need it for accounts and for any return or after-sales claim.

Your choices. Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by messaging +92 335 7779940 or emailing [email protected]. We will delete it unless we are required to keep the record.

This website. Your cart is stored in your own browser, on your own device. We cannot see it. We do not use advertising trackers.
